his credit on the date on which the study leave
commenced, any regular leave taken in continuation of
study ... refund any excess of leave salary actually drawn over the
leave salary admissible on conversion of the study leave.
(3) Notwithstanding anything contained in this
Annexure-RJ1) issued instructions for
regularizing the employment of substitutes provided by regular GDS
