deceased has applied
for leave and petitioner sent a message to the deceased
that he cannot grant the leave as there is shortage of staff ... back. The
records further disclose that all along he applied for leave

regularly and some times unauthorized leave which was
converted into
order
allowed the applications and treated the suit as a regular
suit and granted leave to the defendant to defend the suit
by filing ... filed by the defendant/respondent to
grant leave to defend the suit as regular suit is granted
subject to deposit
completed data, data format in time and
was regularly obtained leave because of his ill-health and
undertook to be prompt in discharging his duty
order in the matter
of grant of backwages and for regularizing the
period of leave in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the Writ Appeal stands disposed ... back
wages and has not taken any decision for regularizing the
period of leave.
3. We have considered the submissions and gone
through the record
imposed by this Court to
appear before the jurisdictional police regularly, not to
leave the municipal limits and to appear before the Trial
Court
used to advise the accused to leave the habit of drinking
alcohol and regularly he used to demand money from the
deceased to satisfy
health issues of her child and even requested
to grant her leave without pay. What is the
decision taken on her
representations/applications, no material ... absent to

the duty. The applicant was regularly making
the correspondences, requesting for grant of
leave but even then she was not informed that
prosecution
witnesses.
(6) The petitioner shall attend the court regularly.
(7) The petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of
Hassan and Bengaluru District without prior
trial
proceedings in the court below on regular basis and shall
not remain absent without the leave of said court nor
shall he leave
prosecution witnesses.
v. Petitioner shall attend the Court regularly.
vi. Petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of
Bengaluru District without prior permission
