Prevention of Unfair
Labour Practices Act, 1971. The Labour Court had ordered reinstatement
of the said complainants. The Industrial Court however set aside the
order ... reinstatement and instead directed payment of monetary
compensation equivalent to three times the retrenchment compensation.
