4. Aggrieved by the rejection of the resignation, the petitioner filed a
writ petition bearing number W.P (c ) No. 10121 ... 2015 challenging the
rejection of his resignation. The petition was dismissed vide order dated
18.11.2015. The petitioner filed an appeal against the said order bearing
India by the respondents by the manner of rejection of
her application for resignation from service.
