benefits from the railway hospitals under the Retired Employees
Liberalized Health Scheme (RELHS), of which the applicant, like any other
retired railway employees, becomes ... month's salary, i.e.,
`13120/-, as required under the RELHS, for getting the medical card. This
amount, the applicant had authorized the respondents
eligible for Fixed Medical
Allowance, as he has already opted for RELHS and got it also. The action
of the respondents in recovering the Fixed ... Fixed
Medical Allowance recipient. That can be considered in terms of RELHS
option he had already given and considered by the Board's guidelines
allowed as per the
Retired Employees Liberalised Health Scheme (RELHS) of the
Railway Board.
