Smt.Mahadevi by placing reliance upon the registered
release/relinquishment deed dated 30.09.2022 alleged to
have been executed by Smt.Mahadevi in favour ... 1180/2023 dated 21.09.2023 for declaration that the
release/relinquishment deed dated 30.09.2022 was illegal,
invalid, null and void document and not binding upon
name of the defendant and the defendant created a
bogus relinquishment deed dated 24.06.1987 as if the
plaintiff has given up his share in favour ... defendant.
It is contended that the plaintiff has not executed any
relinquishment deed and the signature on the said deed is
not that
wife of defendant No.4 who executed a relinquishment
deed in respect of item No.1 in her favour. Similarly, the
defendant No.1 sold ... Andanavva and after her
death she has executed a relinquishment deed in
favour of this plaintiff out of love and affection.

01.03.2013, 25.09.2013 and 08.09.2015 in favour of

passed/issued pursuant to which petitioner executed
relinquishment deeds dated 16.10.2009, 21.06.2010,
01.03.2013, 25.09.2013 and 08.09.2015 in favour of
the BBMP
relinquished certain area of the aforesaid layout for the
purpose of roads, open spaces, civic amenities sites and
parks by executing a Relinquishment Deed dated ... into 220 ft was
also the subject matter of the aforesaid Relinquishment
Deed, out of which, 90% of land equivalent
father of the plaintiff Nos.3 and 6 got executed a
relinquishment deed dated 05.11.1986, in favour of
defendant No.2 and the father ... rights in the suit properties consequent
to execution of the said relinquishment deed. Various
contentions have been taken by the defendants on merits
