letter of resignation on 11.12.2009. It is stated that though the
respondents accepted his resignation, they did not treat it as
technical resignation ... acceptance of the
resignation, and ultimately, it was accepted on 26.03.2010. It is
also stated that the question of acceptance of technical resignation
would arise
that since his applications for voluntary retirements are not
being accepted, he tenders his resignation w.e.f. 30.11.2006. The
same was accepted by respondents ... When the same was not accepted as he did not have 20 years of
qualifying service, he tendered his resignation which was accepted

that Mrs. Archana Thota had submitted resignation letter dated 30th
November, 2018 as a Director and the acceptance letter dated 1st
December, 2018 was issued ... Archana Thota resigned in November, 2018 which was accepted by
the Managing Director on 1st December, 2018. Thus, Mrs. Archana
Thota was not a Director
