2.4. The petitioner withdrew his resignation on
21st February, 2013 before the effective date of
resignation i.e. 14th March ... office tenure of the resign or...... If he
chooses to resign from a future date, the act of
resigning office is not complete because
resignation is
required for giving effect to the acceptance of the resignation.
