2. Initially, the layout was sanctioned in the year 1992. According to

approved the revised layout plan. As per the revised layout
plan, the authorities were required to prepare ... year

When the layout plan was revised and approved
subsequently, it was necessary to conduct
impugned order, as the same was
passed without looking into the revised layout and further direct the
respondents to consider the case of the petitioners ... afresh as per the
