for dismissal of the suit. So far as, revocation of GPA is concerned, they asserted
that they never received any communication with
virtue of sale

had purchased the suit property, inasmuch as the GPA is
revocable document and the same can be revoked at any
point

19. In view of above, the court is of the opinion that the
documents such as Will and GPA dated
copy of the sale deed executed by 2nd defendant through his GPA
holder Ramaswamy Krishnan Iyer, Ex.D8 and 9 are tax paid
receipts ... been produced
by the defendants about either withdrawal or revocation or
cancellation of the GPA as per Ex.P3, after
GPA prior to the execution of the sale
deed by him in favour of 2nd defendant ie., before 5.7.2001. On
the other hand this GPA ... note that the plaintiff did not took
steps for revocation of the GPA prior to the execution of sale
deed by the 1st defendant

16. Accordingly said GPA can be said to be a document
executed by a principal (Shri ... lets it himself.
This is an implied revocation of B's authority.
19. Thus the GPA in question can remain in force till
