Acting upon such advice, the Complainant, consulted Dr. Sukumar Mukherjee, another ... renowned Rheumatologist on 07-03-2009. On 18-03-2009, Dr. Mukherjee again examined the patient and informed that the patient was not suffering from
opposite party Hospital management assured the complainants,
that they had an expert Rheumatologist in their panel and can avail his service. Only
Rheumatologist can treat ... patient was admitted in
the hospital from 20.04.2018 to 18.05.2018, no Rheumatologist attached with the
hospital have treated the patient. On the other hand

qualified Rheumatologist who examined the complainant and observed that
there was warmth, effusion ... parties relied on medical

administration/treatment of Rituximab infusion. Dr. S J Gupta, Senior Consultant Rheumatologist has given a certificate on 22-08-2016 wherein it has been mentioned ... certificate issued by Dr. S. J Gupta, Senior Consultant Rheumatologist which reads as under:-

Ferozepur Road, near Westend Mall, Ludhiana ... party thought it fit to advise the complainants to
take opinion of
Rheumatologist/ Immunologist and referred the patient
to Dr. Prashant Aggarwal. It is further
Kapoor and left the hospital. Dr. S.K. Kapoor, who was a Rheumatologist, was not present in the hospital at that time. By this time ... treating the patient he had shifted her to the care of a Rheumatologist doctor who was not present in the hospital. The complainants made

person and advising the first complainant to take the patient to a Rheumatologist while the patient was under the treatment of other doctors in Jagadamba ... initial stage only, the OP should have referred the patient to Rheumatologist, for proper treatment. Therefore, the complainants deserve for higher compensation.
5. We have
therefor. Sometime towards the end of this
treatment, Kumari complained to the Rheumatologist of a lump in her left
breast. The Rheumatologist, therefore, referred
