persons who are instrumental in creating law and order problem affecting right to profess, practise, propagate religion and religious rights of Raj, Bhog and Pooja
aforesaid order on the ground that it violates his fundamental rights to
profess and practice his religion.
In the written statement filed on behalf
Article 19(2).
• That there is an unreasonable restriction on right to freedom of
profession as the State Government permitted and granted licenses
for running ... carry on their
profession.
• That right to life under Article 21 is infringed as right to life
includes right to livelihood and that the State
belief
faith and worship". The freedom of conscience and the Right
to profess, propagate and practise religion guaranteed in
Article 25 flow ... Preamble.
Freedom of conscience is not to be separated from the Right
to profess, practise and propagate religion. They go
together and together they form
right to practise a profession guaranteed under Article 19(1)(g). Taking the profession of law, what does this right, consist in? Is the effect ... Even if the right to act and plead is deemed to be a right comprised in the right to practise the profession guaranteed under Article
proportionality, all falling
under Article 14 , unreasonable infringement of
Fundamental Right to profession guaranteed under Article
19(1)(g) , breach of bar of ex post ... observed:
"...How the medical profession ought to
respond: Medical profession is one of the oldest
professions of the world and is the most
