the list of rowdy sheeters.

to show that
aggrieved by the inclusion of
his name in the list of rowdy sheeters. It is contended by
the learned counsel for petitioner that the petitioner ... therefore the inclusion of his
name in the list of rowdy sheeters has prejudiced his
reputation. It is submitted that representations as per
Annexures
past three months. It is contended that
the complainant is a rowdy sheeter having several cases
registered against him.

bail. It is submitted that
accused No.1 is a rowdy sheeter. As per prosecution, it was
accused No.1 who was travelling with accused
bail. It is submitted that

body was identified as that of one Manjunath @
Halu Manja, a rowdy sheeter of Bommanhalli Police
Station. A case in Crime No.299/2018
involved in number of criminal
cases and he is a rowdy-sheeter and if he is enlarged on bail,
he may commit similar offences
