rowdy sheet pursuant to show cause notice issued at Annexure
-G dated 05.11.2025. The issue relating to inclusion or deletion
of a rowdy sheeter from ... that the drastic consequence of
branding an individual as a "rowdy sheeter" is not resorted to in
a mechanical or arbitrary manner
Petitioner is
involved in multiple criminal cases and he was a rowdy-sheeter,
and therefore, it is not safe to grant arm license ... cases, and
therefore, his name was included in the list of rowdy-sheeters
maintained by Humnabad Police Station, Bidar District.
8. Merely for the reason
2018, petitioner's name was
included in the list of rowdy sheeters maintained by the
respondent No.2-police. After his acquittal ... from the 2nd respondent - police for renewal the
list of rowdy sheeter, maintained by the said police.
Assailing the same, he had approached this Court
against the petitioners. The petitioners made protest only
to arrest one rowdy sheeter by name Mr. Anthoti Srinu, and they have
not intervened any official ... that subsequent to filing of the final report, the above said rowdy
sheeter died. Hence, the continuation of proceedings against the
petitioners is a clear
