iii) that the Plaintiff's wordmark "Exxon" is not registered in Class 42

world, but the same wordmark as "Exxon" is still not

trademark/wordmark of the plaintiff no. 1
registered under TM No.838183 in Class ... using the trademark/word "ACTIVE" or any

Plaintiff is that it is the owner of wordmark 'upGrad' and variants

of the artistic works/wordmarks/logos used by the
Plaintiff.
