their wordmark registration is suffixed with words "Born from Art".
Therefore, they ... Jaquar lacks registration of the mark "ARTIZE" as a standalone
wordmark and therefore, cannot claim proprietary rights over the word
"ARTIZE
manner, put any embargo on the
Defendant No. 1 for use of wordmark BLUNT for energy drinks or

"XAICA" incorporated in the Impugned label/packaging ... reputation amongst the members of trade and public at large.
The wordmarks "LAHORE JEERA" are phonetically and structurally
similar to the Plaintiff
Private limited, has filed the present suit in
respect of its registered wordmark "TATA" and its formative versions,
seeking inter-alia permanent injunction ... their corporate name.
18.5. Plaintiff is the registered proprietor of the wordmark "TATA" in class
36 bearing registration no. 1236891. Plaintiff is also

5. They have registered the wordmark "BOTANIC HEARTH" and
