Sarees" in Class-24 under the Trademarks ... protect its
exclusive proprietary right over the wordmark. In July, 2014, the
petitioner came to know that the respondents are trying to sell
sarees under
assertion of the exclusive right of the plaintiff over the wordmark "Ayur" on
the strength of a black and white label registration showing ... most
prominent feature of its device registrations, the registration of the
wordmark "Ayu" and the registration of the hindi word "Ayur
plaintiff is the owner and registered proprietor of an assortment of
wordmarks, i.e. "X-RIBS", which has a registration dated 20th August

the aforesaid prima facie satisfaction, in my view
been filed.
