20. Penalty for contravention of this Act.
- Whoever contravenes
crude oils obtained from bituminous minerals (such as shale, calcareous rock, sand), whatever their composition, whether obtained from normal or condensation oil-deposits

21. Abetment of offences.
- Whoever abets any offence punishable by or under
respects the apatite, asbestos, calcite, ball clay, corundum, emerald, feldspar, silica (sand), quartz, ochre, chromite, graphite and fluorite mines covered by the notification
