sections must be
made out in order to invoke and apply Section 328 and Section
188 of the IPC to the Petitioners ... covered by the provisions of the
penal code contained in Sections 328 and 188 of the IPC and he
would pray that
police authorities in registering cases under the
provisions of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Food Safety
and Standards ... products do not
come within the ambit of Section 272 IPC. Similarly, Section
273 IPC talks of the sale
