regard I would like to extract the
section 202 of Indian contract,
Sec.202. Termination of agency, where
agent has an interest in subject matter ... death
of executant of the power of attorney.
As per Sec 202 of Contract, it very much
clear that the GPA coupled with interest will
favor of
agent, the 1st defendant as contemplated U/ Sec.202 of
Contract Act. Therefore for the sake of arguments, if it is
admitted that ... unless it was made to create interest as per
Sec.202 of Contract Act.
28. Sec.202 of Contract Act reads thus:
"202. Termination
