8. Section 210 (2) of CrPC provides that where the
Magistrate has already taken
petitioners under Section 210 Cr.P.C. for clubbing the complaint
case bearing No.CON-A-2/2014, 11.03.2015, under Sections ... both these cases should be clubbed.
