Section 22 of the RTI Act, which reads as follows:
?22.Act to have overriding effect. - The provisions of this Act shall
have effect notwithstanding ... particularly, Sections 4 , 8 and 22 of the RTI Act, I am unable to
persuade myself that RTI Act can be invoked for all purposes

18.Therefore, Section 22 of the RTI Act cannot undoubtedly override Section 126 of the Indian Evidence Act
satisfied.
14. Section 22 of the RTI Act, reads:-
22. Act to provisions of notwithstanding have overriding
