introduced section 25FF and section 25FFF by providing that
compensation shall be payable to workman ... under:
"Whatever doubts might have existed before
Parliament enacted sections 25FF and 25FFF about the
width of section 25F there cannot be any doubt
meaning in the definition
clause and by inserting section 25F . The second was that
section 25FF inserted ... note that the Amending Act No. 41
of 1956 inserted original section 25FF on September 4, 1956.
The objects and reasons were stated thus
this appeal. A plain reading of the provisions
contained in Section 25FF and Section 25FFF of the
1947 Act leaves no manner of doubt that ... compensation in terms of Section 25F of
the 1947 Act and not the other consequences flowing
therefrom. Both Section 25FF and Section 25FFF
provide
appropriate Government by notification in the Official Gazette".

Act and T.T.D. agreed to pay such compensation ... transport wing had been handed over to the
Corporation and, therefore, Section 25FF of the Act would be
applicable. But the workmen also exercised their
creditor in preference to other creditors within the meaning of section 531 of the Act and the same was liable to be treated a void ... Monark Enterprises with a view to defeat the provisions of section 25FF of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.
