Thus, the order of acquittal with regard to offence under Section
333 IPC is liable to be interfered by this Court.

the extent that order of acquittal dated 23.12.2014 under Section
333 IPC passed by learned trial Court is hereby set aside

333 of IPC which requires re-consideration.
