Section 34 in The Arbitration And Conciliation Act, 1996
34. Application for setting aside arbitral award.
(1) Recourse to a Court against an arbitral award ... application for setting aside such award in accordance with sub-section (2) and sub-section (3). (2) An arbitral award may be set aside
days in representing the
petition filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,
1996; seeking to condone the delay of 211 days ... From the provisions of the Act itself, it
is clear that Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,
1996 cannot be filed after
Petitioner under Sub-section (2) and Sub-section (2-A) of
Section 34 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act. Thus, the
challenge by the Petitioner ... Petitioner under
Sub-section (2) and Sub-section (2-A) of Section 34 of the
Arbitration & Conciliation Act. Thus, the challenge
under Section 5 of the Limitation Act and also to the petition /
objections filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration & Conciliation
Act, 1996 ... filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act and the
petition / objections under Section 34 of the Arbitration &
Conciliation Act, 1996 may be dismissed

34(3) An application for setting aside ... section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 will not be applicable to sub-
section (3) of section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
Arbitration Act to the petitioner.
32. Learned counsel for the petitioner invited my attention to
section 34(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ... virtue of insertion of section 34(5) and 34(6) of the
Amendment Act, the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 is not
repealed. The Ordinance
awarded sum along with the arbitration application under section 34 of
the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, limitation had not stopped and
::: Uploaded ... arbitration agreement referred to in
section 7(1) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
37. In my view, section 19 of the MSMED Act
under section 2(1)(e) of
the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The learned Court below, however,
while proceeding to dismiss the section 34 application ... Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in
Orissa, since decision of the Chief Justice under section 11(6) of the Arbitration
and Conciliation Act, 1996

section (2-A) of Section 34 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act.
Thus, the challenge flanked ... Petitioner under Sub-section (2)
and Sub-section (2-A) of Section 34 of the Arbitration &
Conciliation Act. Thus, the challenge flanked
