Act as Section
37. Learned Advocate General has invited the attention of this court to
the provision of section 37 of the NDPS ... crimes relating to narcotic and psychotropic substances. The
stipulations in Section 37 of the NDPS Act are negative for them intend
relevant
provision of Section 37 of the NDPS Act which provides as
under:
"37. Offences to be cognizable ... seems that the
