436. Offences triable by Special Courts.—
(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure ... offences specified under sub-section (1) of section 435 shall be triable only by the Special Court established for the area in which the registered

7. I have given considered thought to the contentions raised.
Section 436-A Cr.P.C. provides
