Considering the facts that process under Sections 82
and 83 Cr.P.C. have already been issued against the petitioner
Indian Penal Code.
Under order dated 23.03.2017 a report was called for regarding the
process under Section 82 / 83 Cr.P.C have been issued ... Senior Civil Judge-II, Dumkar, which reveals that
process under Section 82 / 83 Cr.P.C has not been issued against the
petitioner.
