complainant and the medicines which were given were
only multivitamin
injections, sedation tablets etc., and with
to the details of regard

also had a cough. But the another in-house
Dr.Anamika injected a sedative "Serenace 10 mg" and did nothing to
remove ... patient but the patient did not respond on account of sedation. Hence
opponent doctor injected "Phenergan". That after 45 minutes the patient
suffered
that information was
given to her. She said that she gave injection of Sedation to deceased Narayan, therefore he
might be in sleep. Thereupon ... said injection to him. It has
no side effect. It is denied that said Shobhabai has said that said injection of Sedation was
given
made rough handling and without anesthesia caused the delivery by administering sedative injection. The female baby of the Complainant expired
true that after the
injection she went into sedation therefore the injection showed its effect
and answers that she never went into sedation ... have any excessive pain by injection, nor did she complain. After the
injection she came under the effect of sedation uterus was cleaned and
after
admitted for 4 1/s hours and injected a sedation
injection for the removal of the tube.
After awakening from the sedation the opposite party
injections namely lorazepam 4 mg IV in order to
sedate the patient. She received
injection lorazepam in the vein dorsam
of right hand ... Hospital, Karkardooma
and then in Lok Nayak
Hospital. Injection Lorazepam
4 mg IV was given to sedate the patient, but she continued with her abnormal
Ampicillin, garamycin, Dexa methazone, multivitamin injection, Diazepam. Among
them tablet Ambocet and injection Fortwin and Diazepam are not recommended for

children below 12 years ... death, i.e., 07.12.2003
was only 8 years. Moreover the Fortwin injection and sedative medicines have been
given to the deceased Sabareesan. Yet another clear
Only pre-anesthetic drugs i.e., injections MIDAZOLAM 1mg and Glyopyrolate 0.2 mg were given and no sedative/anesthesia was given to the patient ... this they contended that, no sedative/anaesthesia was given to the patient and only pre-anaesthetic drugs i.e., injections MIDAZOLAM 1mg and Glyopyrolate
injection (Fortwin and phenogram) and did
not care to contact opposite party No.1 inspite of repeated requests of
complainant and also administered another injection ... denied that the nurse had given
