process pursuant to Third Graduate Combined Entrance Examination

jurisdiction of the State of Jharkhand. However, Commission
completed the selection process and recommended the names of 14
persons including the writ petitioner ... controversies in this regard.
While these controversies were pending, the selection process was
completed, except with regard to the seat reserved for Scheduled
Tribes
selection. It has been said that
still the seat of Anganwari Sevika is vacant, the process of selection
has not been completed.
In such view ... authority must dispose
of the objection, if any and complete the process of selection if

The matter related to selection and appointment on the
post of a Panchayat Teacher for the vacancy ... such appointments cannot be made now
in relation to vacancy or selection process completed years ago,
almost a decade. Further, rule for such selection
application is received then such application shall be considered
and selection process shall be completed. The District Programme
Officer had made illegal demand ... selection and whoever is the best person should be appointed as
Aaganwari Sevika and Aaganwari Sahaika. The process of
selection must be completed within
