10 COMPLETITION OF SELECTION
PROCESS
The entire Selection Process shall be
deemed to have been completed ... provision for making appointments
from the waiting list, till the process of selection is complete. It has
further been prescribed that process of selection shall
arise because of retirement etc. by the time the selection
process was completed it would not be just and equitable to
invalidate all the appointments ... selection. As noticed above,
selection of 10,000 more candidates for appointment to various
categories of teachers has already been completed and
selection process
