final selection list for appointment of law officers for Pondicherry. The

completed the selection process and provisionally selected the 1st petitioner
namely P.Sankar and not selected
respondent, the petitioners have applied for the posts and
after completion entire selection process conducted by the respondent, the

process was completed on 04.02.2020. Subsequently, a fresh notification
was published for the aforesaid post ... selection process was also
completed on 25.11.2020. He would further submit that the petitioner has
approached this court very belatedly and hence, the prayer sought
participated in the process of selection, they cannot
