the upstairs committed suicide by self-strangulation using Dupatta.
Immediately, P.W.1 has given a complaint ... Trichy Medical College Hospital. He has given an opinion
that self-strangulation is also possible for the death and he issued
throttling, and PW-4 had specifically denied the
possibility of self-strangulation.
8.1 On the aspect of sentencing, he argued that in light

that the death had occurred due to "asphyxia resulting from strangulation".
This opinion in the post mortem report was not challenged ... sought to
argue that death could have occurred because of self-strangulation. Such a
stand was neither taken before the trial court and not even
deceased was „asphyxia consequent to obstruction of the airway by
