been categorically stated that for committing suicide by self
strangulation, the aid of a contrivance to maintain force till death ... such contrivance clearly rules out
any possibility of suicide by self strangulation. In the aforesaid
fact, excepting the accused no other person had any opportunity
between strangulation and throttling is also dealt within the self-same work:
