injuries were resulted when the lady try to escape from
strangulation and in a self defense by putting her hands to
remove herself from strangulation ... lady might have been
about to escape from the strangulation
she made a self-defense by putting her

there cannot be any other view. The possibility of self-
strangulation is improbable and it is also not the case of
the accused. Further, accused
living with her
father due to which, he lost his self control and committed the
murder.
39. On careful perusal of the voluntary statement ... said fact and lost self
control and in a fit of anger committed the homicidal death of the
deceased by strangulating her which is nothing
that
usually hesitation cuts indicated self infliction.

15. The prosecution case is that death was due
