child or who is living in the same or shared household with the child, commits penetrative sexual assault on such child; or (o) whoever being
other manner disturbing the possession of the aggrieved person from the shared household, whether or not the respondent has a legal or equitable interest ... shared household; (b) directing the respondent to remove himself from the shared household; (c) restraining the respondent or any of his relatives from entering
child, or who is living in the same or shared household with the child, commits sexual assault on such child; or (o) whoever, being
have at any point of time lived together in a
shared household, when they are related by consanguinity, marriage, or through
a relationship ... shared household” is the
household which is the dwelling place of the aggrieved person in present time.
