appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the
respondents concerned to allot the shops/godowns to the
petitioners on hire purchase basis;
(ii) issue an appropriate ... interfere, in any manner, on the
possession of the petitioners' shops and godowns allotted to
them;
(iii) issue an appropriate writ, order or direction
members of Narang family. It owns various 'properties including shop Nos. 3, 3A, and 4 to 7 on the ground floor in the building ... assessee company from disturbing the possession and the business in the suit shop at Warden Road, Mumbai. During the pendency of suit, another family settlement

applications in respect of grant of licenses for excise
shops but no final selection in respect of such shops

The said
factual position is as follows:
Late Ram Govil was tenant of a shop situated at Ansari Road, Bulandshahr
since 1941. Smt. Maqsoodan purchased the aforesaid ... shop on 11.12.1979 from
Sri Ganesh Datt, the erstwhile landlord. She moved release application
No.R.C. 31 of 1984 under Section

4. It was, further, stated by the landlord in his release
application that his father
ward as they appear to
be residential areas with no shopping line. We
further clarify that amongst these 49 roads there
are some roads ... that the
vehicular and pedestrian traffic is not obstructed
and access to shops and residences is not blocked.
We further clarify that even where hawking
Radhakrishnan, PW3 Sakthivel and PW4 Arumugam went to a shop for
taking tea. Next to the tea shop, a waste paper merchant shop was situated ... Muthu, the accused (appellant herein) was working in that shop and after
opening the shop he was arranging the articles kept inside the shop
