opinion namely Dr. P. Siddambari (PW63) loses its significance. Reliance is
placed on Ramesh Chandra Agrawal ... seized from the appellant. In the evidence
of ballistic expert Dr. P. Siddambari (PW63), there is nothing to show that
the bullet which was found
