another , AIR 1996 SC 2005 has observed
observations made by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in DDA v. Skipper Constructions Co. Private Limited and Anr. to the effect that bribe money
were connected with the land of the DDA
allotted to M/s. Skipper Construction Co. It was proposed to consider
imposition of higher degree
