petitioner stating that the progress of work was very slow ... work was slow and that the structural work
could not be completed by the stipulated 18 months period for

the Work Load Return shall remain suspended. The respondent shall also
remove
reason of the petitioner having not completed
the work, the progress of work being extremely slow, and the
Patna High Court CWJC ... rescinding the contract would be made in view of the slow
progress of work. The notice only required the petitioner to
expedite the completion
