having intercourse with her, and suddenly removed her clothes and committed sodomy on her. She got upset in body, mind and soul by this unnatural ... this Court for a divorce on the ground of cruelty by sodomy and desertion, sought to be covered up by clever letters inviting
opined that the deceased would have been subjected to unnatural sexual attempt
(sodomy).
(f)Turning back to the investigation done ... confessing thereby that he along with these three accused,

third respondent, neither the deceased has complained of offence of sodomy, nor the post mortem certificate discloses any such injuries on person

13. Although the aforementioned grounds are available for a spouse
adultery, or of marriage with another woman with adultery, or of rape, sodomy or bestiality or of adultery coupled with such cruelty as without adultery
