Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Board to
notify the temples and specific endowments governed by a scheme in cases
of mismanagement ... specific
endowments or Kattalais are duly appropriated for the
purposes for which they were endowed.
Although a Kattalai is a specific endowment in
respect
institution
or endowment;
c) whether any property is an endowment, and if so, whether it is
a charitable endowment or a religious endowment;
d) whether ... institution or endowment is a charitable institution
or endowment;
(b) whether an institution or endowment is a religious institution
or endowment;
(c) whether any property
years of any immovable property belonging
to any math, temple or specific endowment shall be valid or

temple or specific endowment and includes,-
(i) a samadhi or brindhavan; or
(ii) any other institution ... follows;
