confirmed the control voice and the taped voice ... doubt.
9.1 We
are not convinced with this submission; inasmuch as spectrography
clearly established beyond reasonable doubt that the frequent caller
voice sample of the Appellant was neither taken nor sent for voice
spectrography nor did the expert opine that there was no tempering/
interpolation ... same
was not sent to the expert at the CFSL for voice spectrography analysis.
Learned Trial Court has erroneously on the identification of the Complainant
acceptance but at the same time material in the form of voice
spectrography and event thereon will be in realm of appreciation of
evidence
said report, insufficient material existed in the tape for carrying out spectrography of the voice. Secondly, there is no evidence to show that the petitioner ... according to the report, the voice is insufficient for carrying out a spectrography examination. Thus, according to the learned counsel, it is not that
