conducted by the method of Gas Chromatography and Mass
Spectrography and chemical analysis of Sample Nos. 27 and 28 was
conducted by the method
attributed to the present
applicant and since it appears that the voice spectrography test has
returned the voice of the present applicant as the voice
investigating Officer and
shall remain present before the FSL for voice
spectrography test, as and when required by the
Investigating Officer;
[h] shall immediately handover
said conversation had also been subjected to the FSL
examination for voice spectrography test and the voice found in
the said conversation was found
months before the
concerned police station.
[g] cooperate with the Spectrography Test scheduled by the
Investigating Officer.
9. The Authorities will release the applicant only
Second Additional Session Judge, Sonkatch,
District Dewas (MP) whereby application for Spectrography and summoning
the call details of whatsapp chat and instagram history from
2026
undefined
remain present before the FSL, Gandhinagar, for his
voice spectrography test.
5. As against the same, learned Additional Public
Prosecutor appearing ... present before the FSL,
Gandhinagar, for rendering his voice samples for voice
spectrography test, without fail.
10. The Authorities will release the applicant only
alia the reason for delay
being stated that the result of voice spectrography test was
made available only recently.
iv. Considering the same, this Court
seeks some time to take
instructions as to the sanction and spectrography
report.
