(8) Incised stab wound left shoulder 0.6 cm above lateral end of
clavicle size ... wound over left cheek size 2.4 cm muscle deep.
(33) Superficial incised wound over dorsolateral aspect of right index
finger 3.5 cm.
(34) Incised wound
left parietal region. Wound was bone deep. Incised
mark present on skull bone region corresponding to this wound.
14. Two incised wound horizontally placed, parallel ... aspect. The wound was directed outwards,
slightly downwards and forwards. The wound was within the
breast tissue. The tailing of incised wound was present which
deceased on
15.10.2004 and noticed following injuries on: -
"(1) Stab wound 3 cm above the umbilicus
on abdomen, of size ... deep,
which ruptured the liver of the deceased.
(2) Stab wound present over right side of
abdomen. 5 cm medial to anterior superior illiac

date of incident and he found the following injuries:-
(i) A stab wound conical shape on
sternum at 6th ribs size ... bone deep,
(ii) A stab wound on right side of back

Patel conducted the autopsy and found the following injuries :--
i. One stabbed wound over posterior auxiliary fold left side, thorax -- stabbed wounds two over pericardium ... Effusion of blood into thoracic cavity, over the pericardium, two stabbed wounds were present, and over the heart two stabbed wounds over left ventricle
deceased and noted down following injuries vide Ex. P-14:--
(1) Stab wound ... direction downwards backward and medially placed margin clean cut.
(2) Stab wound on left side of epigastric region 3.5 cm x 1 cm.

found the following injuries on the person of
the deceased :-
(i) Stab wound 3" x 1" x deep to oral cavity on
left ... cheek.
(ii) Stab wound 2" x 1" x deep to thoracic
cavity on left side of chest.
(iii) stab wound
superficial layer of
skin and subcutaneous layer of skin.
(2) A stab wound present on neck at right side lateral
part 5.5 cm vertically above ... Another incised wound present 2.5 cm below the
wound No.4, size 1.5 cm x 0.2 cm skin deep.

Chhindwara found two
incised wounds, first wound was found on his neck and
second near clavicle bone whereas one stab wound was
found ... stab wound is an
incised wound whose depth is much more than the depth of
the incised wound. By a knife, stab wound as well
postmortem report shows the multiple injuries, including stabbed wounds and fracture, were sustained by the deceased and accused-persons were three, in number; and accused ... Singh, in his cross-examination, stated that deceased died due to stabbed wounds.
