matter was taken up on
17.08.2016 and a status report was called by
the IO. IO filed the same on 28.09.2016. During
the court proceedings ... case FIR No. 255/16 was also
transferred to EOW. A status report was also filed by the IO on
20.09.2016 (EOW Cell) inter alia
120B IPC.
Investigating officer (IO) filed status report dated
18.08.2022 wherein it was stated 'as such the crux of the matter is
creating ... status report dated 17.02.2023 confirms and
corroborates the case of the complainant but in the subsequent report
dated 18.08.2022 filed by the IO
hence complaint was filed.
6. Ld. Metropolitan Magistrate called for status report. IO filed
the cancellation report. Ld. Metropolitan Magistrate, however,
proceeded to record evidence
favour of
petitioner before receipt of sanctioned plan. As per status report
filed by IO, as mentioned above, sanctioned FAR of project is
23338.576 square ... repetition but it has to be clarified
that as per status report filed by IO before Ld. Trial Court dated
10.05.2019, respondent company has received
register the FIR and investigate the matter. Relevant

procured duplicate chain of papers for the same, after
lodging a FIR in this regard. The plaintiff warned the defendant to
lodge a criminal complaint ... force and pressure. After finding the allegations
baseless, the concerned IO filed a Status report in favour of the
plaintiff.
10.6 The plaintiff got transferred
file status report but no
report was filed till 29/06/2022. SHO/IO, PS Patel Nagar had
filed the false status report before ... IO had filed the false status
report without following the due process of law. False status
report has been filed with ulterior motive. Impugned order
