respondent no. 4-Surinder Singh ... petitioner as originally
existed and to treat him as Senior Scale Stenographer from the date of his
initial promotion i.e. 20.02.1991 and his having
District Judge, Gautam Budh Nagar dated 11.03.2008 for the posts of Stenographers, Clerk-cum-typist and the Clerk, be quashed and the petitioners be permitted ... Along with creation of the Fast Track Courts, posts of Stenographers, Clerk, Peon and Drivers were also created on ad-hoc basis to man these
respondent has been
permitted to officiate on the post of Junior Scale Stenographer for a long
period of 4 years then it was not justified ... withdraw his pay scale of the
post of Junior Scale Stenographer. The learned Single Judge further
directed that the services of the writ petitioner- respondent
Personal Assistant to the Managing Director that equated him to
Stenographer Grade-I and yet another post as a Personal Secretary whose
post was equivalent ... times felt that
if the Board resolution was put in place, every Stenographer would have
two options: either to have seniority in his own cadre
District Judge, Kanpur that he be sanctioned the pay-scale of stenographer, instead the pay-scale of copyist and be permitted to work as such ... prepared to undergo the test for recruitment of Stenographer."
6. In pursuance of the aforesaid order, Suresh Chandra Awasthi replied that

Stenographer with effect from 01.03.1983 and it was an appointment to a
