workings ... submitted that the dump stock has not been valued
both for opening stock and closing stock. We find that the said
submission to be true
that too without keeping any weighment record and photographs of the dumped stocks and without the presence of the Opposite Party and the Surveyor. Even ... such rotten stock remaining in the premises. The insured nevertheless was practically forced to have such rotten stocks to be dumped in compliance
