This writ petition is filed by a law student
studying in Government Law College, Kozhikode.
He challenges Ext.P5 order ... Enquiry Committee, the

JUDGMENT
These writ petitions have been filed by students who are pursuing their
MBBS course in the Jubilee Mission Medical College, Thrissur ... Health Sciences.
2. The petitioners along with four other students have been rusticated
from the college for allegedly ragging the junior students. They contend that
about 20 years of age.
He is a Computer Science student of the college concerned and
is the Secretary of the SFI Union ... educational institution would make himself liable
to be expelled and/or rusticated. Educational Institutions are
meant for imparting education and not politics. By their political
freedom to form
associations are basic ethos of a democratic system. Students should
