lease between him and the respondent
was entitled to create a sub-tenancy or a licence in respect
of the premises or any part thereof ... tenant was not entitled to
create any sub-tenancy or to transfer his interest in the
premises after 21st May, 1959 unless the contract
referred
to as "the first sub-tenant"). Subsequently the first sub-
tenant created another sub-tenancy under it in favour of
second respondent ... from the date of sub sub-letting
and shall in the prescribed manner
notify the termination of such sub-
tenancy within one month of such
notice in
the prescribe manner by the sub-tenant of the creation of
the sub-tenancy to the landlord within one month of the date ... sub-tenant, details of the portion sublet,
rent payable by the sub-tenant, date of creation of the sub-
tenancy, etc.
